Impermanence is the break we get when things get tough because whatever the situation it will pass (if we live long enough 😁) and we can move on.The latest pandemic certainly underscores the point of this lesson as does the fact that it is no longer possible to walk into a store and find what you want because it no longer exists,or if it does it is only available on line.,Change is good😉

Not sure that change itself is good. It just is. Whether it is good or not depends on what we make of it.

Massimo is change then an indifferent as it is not one of the virtues?

So many say, after a sudden unexpected death, "I wish I had [said/done something different when they were alive]". By reminding ourselves that any moment could be their last/our last we are also reminded to say/do the important things while we can. Although it won't matter to a loved one after they have died, many of us say, "I love you" each time we part (or sign off the phone) to avoid the feeling that we should have done so after we no longer can.

Correct. Change is neither good nor bad, only virtue is. It may be preferred or dispreferred, but nothing more.

I'm reminded daily--often sharply--of the impermanence of things. Like my muscular, willowy, athletic body. (OK, my fantasy of having a muscular, willowy, athletic body.)

Ah, I see we share at least one fantasy... 😆
